im making a character that walks diffferently and i want him to freeze for on frame is that possible

to freeze on a particular frame use PosFreeze or Pause sctrl.



or you could just change the time for a certain frame in the animations, like make it higher than the others


but triggers for the sctrls above would be animelem = then the frame you want to feeze him on

i tried to raise the tim on the anim but the frame would slide for a few seconds

oh i see what ya mean lol soz busy coding my moves not concentrating lol.

ok so lets cheat

[State 0, SuperPause]
type = SuperPause
trigger1 = animelem=3;the frame you want....
time = 10 ;time to pause for mess around with it
anim = 999999 ;this is so no super spark plays
sound = S10,0
pos = -500,500 ;just in case a spark exists it wont show it lol
darken = 0 ; dont want the screen to darken
unhittable = 0 ;so your not invincible


use a superpause, make sure you add this to the common1.cns file because we need to override it.

if you havent got a common1.cns file, go into the mugen data folder, and copy the file and paste into your character folder and itll be in the cnswhen you load up FF as a seperate tab.

then paste this code into state 20 in the common.cns file(dont forget to ammend it to your needs)

p.s ive tried this out for a normal special move and it works so no reason why it shouldnt now Smile


pps hang on gotta give you more code, plus remove the sound line

add a triggerall above the trigger1 to equal anim = 20


that way it wont pause during walk back geek
