heres what i found when watching, a little too much ability to combo, the pausetimes look a little too long after the hits, try lowering the pausetimes and try ground.hittime instead,
also you prob know this but to make a combo its required to edit the cmd file.
and whats the hyper move all about lol.

sweet... lol I see haven't added more sprites to the Hyper Move. You need to work a bit on the hisparks set the sparkxy a bit
